I’ve come in for a tire light 3 times within a month span and every time I come in I get the service representative in the front. I don’t get friendly service when I come in instead I get the usual what’s wr and every time I come in I get the service representative in the front. I asked last time if there was a recall for the tire pressure monitors and all I got was a nope. Next time I’ll just drive the extra miles to a different dealer and call it a day. More
Jailene, my sales person was great, my issue came in with Jesus is finance. He added an $837 EasyCare “benefit” to my contract without talking to me about it first or even asking me. Very unethical.
