Financed my Acadia this month March the 9th 2021 and when I was driving it during the week after I bought it I thought something felt funny when driving especially when taking off. Called to ask if it could be looked at and to tell them I couldn’t find my License and the last place I had it was there when they took it to take a copy. I got the run around and was told so would be called back to set up a time to bring in the truck to be looked at after all I was thinking possibly with the transmission and I don’t want to finance and be stuck with something with a problem like that because this truck is being bought for my kids to be able to transport them safely. So I never get a call back I call back the next or maybe the day after that and they still can’t find my license but the financing company called me and tells me they never got a copy of my license either so I know the dealer ship had to have lost it because I gave it to them to make a copy for the financing company but I got very little help with this so I ended up having to go pay for a new license and send a copy to the financing company for everything to go through how ridiculous! Then after I had the car a week and a half the oil light comes on and says 18% oil life and I had to pay 81 dollars for a oil change because it’s synthetic oil which I find absolutely appalling how in the world do you not give a car or truck an oil change before it’s sold just horrible I wouldn’t buy a car from this place again very disappointed. More
