Didn’t receive anything substantial off on my service needs. Received no car wash do to car wash door was broken. I wasn’t the only one upset about that. We had an appointment. My husband had to take off work to come to the appointment. They knew we were coming in for tires. The tires were not ready when we got there. No one told us this. My husband took the day off and drove all the way out there for no reason. It took them three more days to finish our car. Also the man who I was in contact with was a slimy car salesman type. More
