It took 5 calls to even get someone to schedule an appointment. One time I left a message for them to call me. Waited 2 days, no call. Service agent, Joe, scolded me for work that has not been done appointment. One time I left a message for them to call me. Waited 2 days, no call. Service agent, Joe, scolded me for work that has not been done there, told him my husband takes care of that maybe it was done somewhere else but he continued by saying “not much point to an oil change if you haven’t changed the transmission fluid”! But the most irritating thing was when I arrived I told him my tire inflation light came on and I wondered if they use 100% nitrogen. (Because if they didn’t, my next stop down the road was at Costco where they do). He replied “that is snake oil!” I replied that I don’t pay anything for it and the science certainly supports it”. He went on to argue with me and obviously knew nothing about it! Then I went to sit at a table in the waiting area. Just a little ways, maybe 15 feet, away from me there were at least 12 unmasked men (employees of the dealership) just standing around talking, laughing, snacking, drinking soda and energy drinks. Apparently no work to do? There were a couple people further into the showroom at work at their desks. Several times these unmasked talking men walked by right next to me (they could have walked further around). I finally said “please put on your mask if you are going to walk and talk right near me”. One of the men, whose mask was on his chin only, turned to the other with no mask in sight, and said very sarcastically “you better put on a mask, she doesn’t like it!” This is at the height of the Omicron surge! It was all very rude and very stressful! I won’t be going back there. I have been going to this service center for years. More
