Friendly. Personable. Efficient. Caring. On time. Very clean service center. Service agent was awesome. Also checked to make sure my vehicle was up to date on all services and informed me as to what servi clean service center. Service agent was awesome. I have worked with this location since 2015 when I purchased my vehicle from them. Great customer service, fast service and great perks such as Auto Butler that I was sold the vehicle on the premise t purchased my vehicle from them. Great customer service, fast service and great perks such as Auto Butler that I was sold the vehicle on the premise that it was for the life of the vehicle...well here is the update since 2015. Auto Butler was only for 5 years, which then they never fulfilled that because the pandemic hit and they did not fulfill my final Auto Butler free full detailing service and when they reopened to doing them I was told mine expired (granted there was a pandemic and I couldn't bring it in). Then since March of 2020 to even now customer service has gone way down. My car after a service use to be returned to me atleast wiped down inside, vacuumed and a step above, washed too. Now that doesn't happen and the past two times I've had plastic left in it, an oil rag, etc . They no longer give loaner vehicles either when you need work done. It took over 2 and a half hours for an oil, filter, new front wipers (which the previous time I ordered and never were replaced) and fluid change. I was only updated one time 20 min prior to it being completed. Prices have soared through the roof, no coupons offered anymore and barely any techs working. Also, I can bring the vehicle in and ask for something to be looked at in the same appointment and then was told I would have to schedule for that at a different time cause they don't have time on x day that I already was there with the vehicle for work to be done. Instead of them having parts available for a previously scheduled job months in advance, they want me to pre pay for parts... I'm not footing the bill ahead of time, they are the dealership, if you know you have a vehicle coming in for repairs, have the parts in stock. I hope they start turning this around. More
