It can be awkward when you first arrive and are waiting to check in. The service employees all may be busy assisting other customers. It's such a narrow area and one is just standing around in an open area. It would be nice to have an employee acknowledge your presence with a quick, polite remark that they'll be with you very shortly. *** I don't recall who I worked with at the dealership, but could not submit the questionnaire without doing so.
