Rodney had been very helpful I, would give him top rating,but not impressed with service tech. Had the van back less then 5 hours and transmission was cracked. I thought paying nearly $900 for a 60,000 service for our Honda CRV was way overpriced. I had a wonderful experience. Rodney was super helpful and got my car in for my auto butler application when i had scheduled it wrong online. Especially when he found out how far ive driven that day. Not amazing, unable to estimate the time a common recall repair would take with any accuracy. Poor communication. Slimy feeling sales tactic of providing an unsolicited trade in offer when picking up my veh repair would take with any accuracy. Poor communication.
