Lack of updates from service. I had to call and follow up. Confusion in service to call and get permission to fix the problem when it was determined. I had to call and give permission. I was very aggravated bc I originally made my appointment for Tuesday 8/3, but when I arrived & the rep was checking me in he said that I wasn’t eligible for the complimentary oil change bc my car was NOT ce for Tuesday 8/3, but when I arrived & the rep was checking me in he said that I wasn’t eligible for the complimentary oil change bc my car was NOT certified pre-owned. He gave me a sheet of paper with my Vin # & it stated Not certified. I paid extra for it to be certified when I bought it. He told me that I would have to speak with the salesman or finance manager, but they aren’t in until 9 am & it was only 7:15. So I rescheduled for Friday. When I arrived at work I checked my glove box & had a card stating it was certified pre-owned. Very confused I looked at the Vin #s & noticed that the sheet he gave me & the # on the card were different. I then checked the actual one on my car & it was not the one that the rep gave me on the sheet. I called the rep & he apologized & said he must have made a mistake copying & pasting in the computer. I understand that there are mistakes, but I was not happy bc I had to go another day & get up early More
