Overall not amazing communication. It's left a lot on the customer to ask clarifying questions, next steps etc. More than once I was promised things that I was told would be 'no problem' only for them to in customer to ask clarifying questions, next steps etc. More than once I was promised things that I was told would be 'no problem' only for them to in fact be a problem when the time came to come through on it. It's also telling overhearing some other conversations between service staff and customers, on more than one occasion it seems like the service staff was being deliberately obtuse to 'get back' at another department that had pointed the customer to the service desk for a solution. In the end though that just leaves an unhappy customer. Overall they're probably no different from any other dealership's service department but let's be honest, that's not a high bar. More
