Alexis was excellent - clear and quick communication and transparent with pricing. Scott Sweeney in financing was not up front about the extended coverage. He did not tell us we would pay tax on the amount (it was added to the total cost of the car, raising the amount we will be taxed on at the DMV), nor did he explain that it had separate components that we could have eliminated and then paid a lot less for only those components we think we’ll actually use. Additionally, he was not transparent about the fact that the standard maintenance outside or oil changes and tire rotation is not included until we asked that question. We feel like we were not well informed by Scott, which makes us feel like we were duped. More
