I have worked with Erica throughout the entire process, she was simply awesome! I could not have wished for a smoother experience, especially since I came from out-of-state and everything had to be done by she was simply awesome! I could not have wished for a smoother experience, especially since I came from out-of-state and everything had to be done by email. The Honda Insight is exactly what I wanted and, after two months, holds up to all expectations. 51 mpg in the City is unbeatable. Knowing more up-front about the different warranty options would have been great, but does not make a difference in my overall assessment. I highly recommend this dealership and Erica. I will come back for sure. More
