Great finish to the process. Salesman was professional. However, I did not care for the fact they were willing to walk away from a $17K deal over $122 on a used car price, almost Salesman was professional. However, I did not care for the fact they were willing to walk away from a $17K deal over $122 on a used car price, almost sending me to my second vehicle choice at another dealership. Luckily for them it wasn't worth my time to drive clear across town and start over for $122. However , I am giving this dealership 5 stars because of the professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and respect I received from Chad Erwin. Chad handled the closing and paperwork on the vehicle better than anyone I've experienced in my 40+ years of car buying. Also enjoyed the kindness and smiles from all the other employees we encountered. I highly recommend this dealership, but don't expect to get the last word on the price you'll pay. More
