We decided to go across the street to Honda and within minutes we were already more satisfied! We had the pleasure of working with John who showed us the car and got us all taken car of. He was able to help us get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He then handed us off to Chad Erwin who helped us get the financing we needed to seal the deal! Process was a breeze! I am so thankful that I chose to purchase my new Honda Pilot at Honda of Lincoln. I walked in one day and asked Kevin about test driving a Pilot, explaining that I was NOT ready to buy yet, just looking. He did not pressure me to make a decision before I was ready, and answered all of my questions. We were then able to negotiate the price and set up a time to pick up the vehicle via e-mail, which was so convenient with my busy schedule. I had the pleasure of working with Chad on the financing. He was so friendly, and answered my questions thoroughly, concisely, and patiently. We had a very pleasant conversation while I was signing all of the paperwork. It took about an hour, which is far less time than I have spent in some dealerships in the past and not received nearly as much information.
