He was helpful and willing to work on our timeline rather than push us for a decision, which we appreciated. Larry was fair during price negotiations and helped us get a little more for our trade-in. When it came time to take possession of the vehicle, he took the time to give us a hands-on tutorial and make sure we understood how to use the features of the CR-V. We had a pre-approved arrangement with our lender and worked with Chad during the financing process. Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on options and working with us to come up with a final package we felt good about. We came to finalize our deal on a very busy Saturday and, though Larry checked back with us several times, it took 4 hours to finish the deal and take possession of the car which we felt was too long and is why I rated customer service good not excellent. Overall we had a positive experience (4 1/2 stars) with Honda of Lincoln. More

I am the type of person that will completely dissect a situation and come up with the best possible outcome, and the worst possible outcome before I will make any decision. Scott Reineke understood this from the beginning. I was looking at cars in the lot and Scott introduced himself then informed me that if I had any questions, please feel free to ask. Then Scott let me know that he wasn't going to hover over me and to be sure to ask if I needed any more help. I left that day not purchasing anything. I returned 3 weeks later and drove off in a new 2015 Honda Accord. Scott was no high-pressure salesman, but still covered the bases of what they all had to offer. When I said no, then that was it. When I had a question, he answered it. There was no, "you pay what is on the windshield, but if you get a better offer, come back and we will see what we can do" kind of BS. I can't rate the service department in this review as I have not needed service yet, but the sales staff was fantastic. One more compliment goes to the folks in the documentation department...by the way, no doc fees here either. I hate driving a car with intransit tags because of overzealous police, so i requested ASAP service on the financing and DMV documentation to register the car immediately. I bought the car on a Saturday and had it on the road, fully licensed, within 5 days. Great job to the ladies in the Documentation Department!!! Thanks again to Scott, documentation ladies, and Honda of Lincoln for a great experience. More
