Excellent Customer Service As I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle, I visited many dealerships in order to see what was out there. By my second or so dealership visit I was As I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle, I visited many dealerships in order to see what was out there. By my second or so dealership visit I was thinking high pressure sales tactics and a pushy salesman were par for the course. At Honda it was a much different story; I worked with Nathan Anderson and he guided me through the entire process with no pressure at all. After looking at my budget he picked out a few models that would comfortably fit within it, and did not try to push me into any extras that I didn't want nor need. Nathan was able to answer all of my thousand or so questions about the models, and if it he wasn't sure, he wasn't afraid to go find me the right answer rather than guessing. Once I made a decision on a model, Nathan really went to bat for me in order to get me the best deal possible on my new car. Overall, he is a very knowledgeable and personable employee, it was as if I was dealing with a friend, rather than a salesman. Could not have had a better experience! More
