My 2002 "Certified" Honda Civic Sedan was not up to code for Nebraska State law for the tires. I had mentioned noises that I heard and was told it was nothing to be concerned about. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER, I had a problem with the battery. I took it to the mechanics that I trust explicitely, Tires Plus in Papillion, NE, and there was many things wrong with the vehicle. I had to get $863.74 done on it that night. There is $581 more that needs to be fixed on it. Also, possibly another $200-$300 due to a leak in the transmission that my mechanics don't handle. Justin in the Accounting Department was very kind. I have no issues with him. I sent a letter to the general manager, Eric Olsen, explaining everything and still haven't heard anything back yet. More

We wanted to purchase a new vehicle and we visited several dealerships in the area. Honda of Lincoln went out of there way to make sure we felt like we made the best decision. I had a 2002 Honda Civic EX that I also purchased from this dealership (new at that time). Let me say that the 10 years that I kept the vehicle and maintained the scheduled maintenance services all at Hon this dealership (new at that time). Let me say that the 10 years that I kept the vehicle and maintained the scheduled maintenance services all at Honda of Lincoln, all of the service people were courteous,and trustworthy! Even once when I in error left my radio going without the car being fully turned on for an hour that it drained my battery, a stranger came by to recharge it. I took it in to Honda of Lincoln to have them put in a new battery (at the time the car was 8 yrs old running on the original battery still) it was on a saturday and they took it in and tested it. The service person came back out to tell me that there was no need to buy a new battery that it tested out just fine. He explained to me that I had simply drained the battery by letting the radio run for that hour. Now, he could of chose to tell me different and put a new one in, but not at this dealership, you can trust them to be honest. My car ran on that same battery for a full additional year before it was testing low enough to purchase a new one. I of course had them install a Honda battery. I sold my civic this past April and purchased new once again from Honda of Lincoln, the place where not only did I get a deal that none of the Omaha dealership's could match in any way, but a dealership where I will again only take my car in for service knowing that I can trust their service and receive courteous service as well. Thank you Honda of Lincoln for being the dealership one can trust both before and after a sale. More

Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Most of the times I have gone to buy a vehicle, it isn't the most comfortable experience. The salespeople are pushy or condescending, and I can't wait until I get out of there. It's not something I look forward to. My experience at Honda of Lincoln was totally different. They listened to exactly what I was looking for, and instead of trying to push me into somehting else, they kept working until I found exactly what I wanted. I was never once asked to look at a vehicle that didn't match what I said I was looking for, and if there was anything I didn't like aboout what I was looking at, they just showed me a different one, no questions asked. The negotiation phase of my vehcile purchase was extremely easy, and very transparent. There weren't any gimmicks, or smoke and mirrors, it was just "what can we do to earn your business." I really appreciated that. I drove 250 miles to buy this car, so I was glad I didn't get jerked around when I got there, but I really got a much better deal than what I was expecting. I live in a small town in southwest Nebraska, which is almost exactly in between Lincoln and Denver. I have been telling everyone since I got back to go down there to buy Hondas. We have a Honda dealer in North Platte, but the way I was treated, and the deal I got made it well worth the drive. Honda of Lincoln and Kenny Soulliere made this the best experience I've ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely buy there again, and I would recommend Honda of Lincoln to ANYONE. More
We were having trouble with fumes coming into our 2007 Honda and took it to the service department to determine the problem. The service department discovered that the dip stick was missing. After the service department reviewed our records and determined that the only place we have had our car serviced was at the Honda service department, Nate Laushman ordered a new dipstick, put it in personally the next day and at no cost to us. The fumes problem is solved. Nate's expertise and customer friendly attitude will keep us coming back and recommending the service department to others. More
