My last visit was not the best. I was not told in person that I had to pay for the part before they would order it. So, I received a call on a Saturday when I was at a breakfast wit I was not told in person that I had to pay for the part before they would order it. So, I received a call on a Saturday when I was at a breakfast with family. I was put on hold for several minutes. If you look at my history with this dealership you would see that there is not worry that I would not show up and/or not pay for the mirror to be replaced. It was somewhat of an insult over a few hundred dollars. Then the day I took the car in, they could not find the receipt that I had paid and left me waiting while they searched. I was told they would keep looking. I later received a phone call that the work was done and they found the receipt so they knew I had paid for it. I had told them a few times I had for it and how I paid for it, so it was like telling me they didn't believe me until they had proof - just the way it was said, you know? The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, to the point of shopping around for better service in the future. More
