This dealer is continuing the old school way of trying to sell a car. The sales person runs back and forth to the manager behind the counter. They take your car keys and won’t give them back until you buy sell a car. The sales person runs back and forth to the manager behind the counter. They take your car keys and won’t give them back until you buy a car or escalate things. It is such a belittling experience. Honda should take a lessons from Tesla on buying a vehicle. Tesla is X1000 times faster, easier, and empowering the buyer. More
