They let us go on two test drives and didn’t hassle or pressure us. No games or back and forth. No long waits for financing. Didn’t try to pressure us to stay or make a decision. Didn’t try to ask for our keys until the deal was done. Only constructive criticism would be to show the actual cost of the warranties offered at purchase including financing costs, not just the lower base cost. Howar worked out in the cold with the porters to transfer our plates at the end. We got a finalized email about our loan about a week later. More
