I ended up after a search of around 4 dealerships at the Honda Superstore. My first Honda Pilot was a leased vehicle. I truly enjoyed the performance of the vehicle. I also appreciated the friendly and cooperative nature of the sales person John Campbell and Brad Mitchell's handling of my leases and purchase of the several Honda Pilots of the past 12 years. Pleasant experience as they exceeded our expectations. We went in having done most of our homework ahead of time and Debbie/dealership agreed to all of our terms and made the entire process from test-drive We went in having done most of our homework ahead of time and Debbie/dealership agreed to all of our terms and made the entire process from test-drive to signing the loan application a pleasant experience. This appears to be a "nimble"/"no frills" dealership which means their "markup" is a LOT less than other "flashy" dealerships with HUGE showrooms. After all as a customer we want $$'s back in our pocket not in the dealership's pocket which largely pays for the "fancy" showrooms. More
