He was also very good in helping us get the color we preferred on the car. We were happy with the price of the vehicle as well. Somehow in the paperwork phase, we felt a little rushed on the finance options and would have like to have spent a little more time with the available finance packages. More

Outstanding and went the extra mile for us. I was impressed with many of the people who worked at this specific dealership. We drove almost 400 miles to find the right car and many other dealers I was impressed with many of the people who worked at this specific dealership. We drove almost 400 miles to find the right car and many other dealerships (not even Honda related) did not have just a basic car that had the right sportlike look, yet within the price range. What made this dealership the one we chose was mostly due to the fact that they were clear and concise about the differences between each specific trim level of the civic we bought, were very friendly, and even offered to wash the brand new car after. The store was even closing yet they still stayed over an hour or so after just to help us out. I was also impressed with how they didn't beat around the bush and were completely 100% honest about everything when we asked questions. I found Debby to know all the details and ins and outs of the vehicle we had/were about to have purchased. She even set up a time to come back in and go over all the features at a later date. The entire staff did such a good job. I would buy any future car from them. The car we purchased was a Honda Civic. I am giving this dealership 5 stars for a reason and I believe it is accurate based on our experience overall and our purchase. If i gave 4 stars for friendliness it mostly was not because of them I would say its mostly because everyone in the car at the time had spent every day for about a week driving to different locations so we were exhausted. SO many other dealerships spent time trying to sell us what we were not looking for, yet called and called for unimportant reasons. This dealership in my opinion was ultimately the way to go. added: I was a fan of the gong at the end. Well deserved. More
