Even through we went in on a very busy Saturday afternoon, we were given Bill Rhodes our salesman before too long, who let us test drive a new Pilot and went over the features with us. Bill was knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. He came back with a price for our trade in and new car price, which we felt were slightly off fair market value, but in the end, we felt like we received a good offer and are very happy with our new 2018 Pilot. We have serviced our past Pilots here for years and have been pleased with the service center too. More
