We selected the car we wanted, agreed on a price within a couple of minutes, put a deposit on the car with our credit card and the deal was done. When we arrived on the day to pick up the car, it was ready, the paperwork was expeditiously handled, Brian Murphy was excellent in walking us through the details of the working of the car. and after paying cash for the car, we drove out in less than a total of 1 1/2 hours. The Honda Accord EX is an excellent car and was purchased at a competitive price. If all car buying experiences was this smooth and pressure free, car buying would be a pleasure and not an exercise in frustration. More

Exceptional Customer Service After six months of research into our desired specs and price range, as well as several test drives and visits to dealerships around the area, we deci After six months of research into our desired specs and price range, as well as several test drives and visits to dealerships around the area, we decided to stop by Honda of Lisle to ask about their internet price, which was substantially below the prices we had been quoted in Wisconsin. We were immediately greeted by Mike Harvey, who was extremely professional and courteous as he brought us around the showroom towards the Ridgeline model we were looking for. When we mentioned we were looking for a different interior/exterior color configuration, he immediately got on the phone with their auxiliary lot to get our ideal vehicle over to the dealership as soon as possible for a test drive. The test drive was great, with Mike allowing both my girlfriend and me a chance to drive the vehicle while he provided commentary on the Ridgeline's features from the back seat. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle, and gave us tutorials on the various options we'd be getting with our selected trim. Upon returning to the dealership Mike brought us back to his desk to talk numbers. As a first time new car buyers, this is the part of the process the caused us the most anxiety. Thankfully, Mike was very patient as we showed him our market research, including internet and dealership prices, and assured us that he would beat the lowest price we had come across. After a brief visit with his manager, he came back with a price right around what we were looking for (~$1000 lower than our other quotes) and we decided to seal the deal. We were very appreciative that Mike took a lot of the stress out of the negotiation process, and didn't try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need. After telling Mike we were ready to go ahead with the deal, he brought us to see Bob from Finance, who got us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Bob thoroughly explained the documents we were signing while allowing us the opportunity to read through them without feeling rushed, and was very professional. Less than 10 minutes after walking into his office we were out the door and meeting with Mike to get our keys and drive off in our new Ridgeline. Our experience at Honda of Lisle was exceptional thanks to the attentiveness and expertise of these two individuals. Mike brings a level of excitement about the vehicles he's selling that we didn't experience at any of the other dealerships we went to, and made the entire endeavor extremely pleasant. We cannot recommend him or Lisle highly enough. More
