He went the extra step at every opportunity to make sure I was making an informed decision. While the whole purchasing process took a lot longer than I expected it was fairly smooth overall. I had issue with being low-balled on my trade-in and had to fight for the lowest end of "good" condition per KBB. The car was definitely worth more but being there for 5+ hours took its toll - I understand this is a general strategy of car dealers to "wear'm down". Lastly, I wasn't fond of the finance process at this dealership. It was rushed and although I have impeccable credit I received a terrible rate with no flexibility unless I wanted to sign up for an extended warranty. I'm left with refinancing to receive a significantly lower rate. This is my first Honda so perhaps it's the same at all Honda dealers. Ultimately, the lesson was learned; I won't again finance through this dealer. More
