Tim Korallus was by far the best dealer I have ever worked with. He was honest about the pros and cons of the car we chose— Honda Accord 2.0t. And his staff was knowledgeable and patient about the questions my wife and I had. 5 stars hands down, and highly recommended. More

Kind People, Easy Process I had arranged to view a used vehicle I saw listed online for Saturday morning. I was very nervous because I had never worked with a dealership before I had arranged to view a used vehicle I saw listed online for Saturday morning. I was very nervous because I had never worked with a dealership before and I thought they might try to manipulate the conversation so that I would end up paying more than I could afford. But when I voiced my concerns, my Sales Representative, Michelle, brought over Mike Dalpino to assure me that not only could I afford it, but that they were not here to screw me over with a lemon - a major concern for me considering how I came to be shopping in the first place. We left to view comparable cars in the area and ended up back at Lisle within a couple of hours, and were able to sit down and start finalizing everything right away. It took a bit to meet with financing which is more than fair for a Saturday afternoon, I think, but there was also a very comfortable waiting are - complete with a TV, a business center, a charging station, and complimentary beverages (even a kids play room fit with iPad tablets!). I was originally recommended to Lisle by a friend who had purchased her first car there about a year ago; she reported that they had by far the most reasonable prices, and I would also report that they have extremely kind and accommodating staff. I'm very happy to say that I purchased my first financed vehicle from the Honda Superstore of Lisle! ( Don't forget to ring the gong on your way out to your new car!) More

Tire pressure light I bought a new 2018 Honda Civic 3 weeks ago. My salesman was great, but service has been unhelpful with my tire pressure light. It has gone on twice i I bought a new 2018 Honda Civic 3 weeks ago. My salesman was great, but service has been unhelpful with my tire pressure light. It has gone on twice in the last two weeks. We checked the gage and added air when needed. We manually turned off the light and it came back on a week later. I took it in yesterday and they checked my tire pressure, which was fine, and then we turned off the light. My tire pressure light came back on this morning and they were less than helpful in helping me figure out why this is continuing to happen when my tires are fine. More
