STILL A LITTLE CONFUSED My wife and I visited this dealership to test drive a new 2015 Honda CR-V on August 31th. We were ready to replace one of our aging cars. After 10 minutes of walking the floor, we were ready to test drive 2 models that caught our eye. I looked around the showroom floor to see if any salesperson were available. I saw at least 3 texting on their cellphones by the windows and 2 possible internet sales people on the East wall. I was a little confused as to why not ONE salesperson greeted, approached or even made eye contact with us. Is this a new sales concept that I am missing out on? Would love to see a response on this one………. More

Very disappointed. Bait and Switch Went to trade in car and lease a CRV EX-L. Salesman explained features well, drove car and returned to dealership. Finished all paperwork only to learn they wrote the deal on the step-down model EX. Me, my spouse and the salesperson all agreed that we thought the car was the EX-L throughout the dealing. Sales manager came out to apologize and offer us a lease that was almost 20% higher. We asked for the original deal we agreed on and even offered to split the difference (10% higher). The sales manager never returned and our salesperson simply apologized and we were approached by the finance manager to reverse all the paperwork. 5 hours of time total. They acknowledged their mistake but did nothing to take responsibility for it. Bought the exact same EX-L two days later for less than our original offer at Lisle. Clearly they could have at least agreed to our offer to split the difference but chose not to. More

Finally got what we wanted at the right place! We have been searching and researching SUVs for the last 3 weeks, and visited 5 dealerships (Honda and Toyota). At 2 Honda dealers (Honda on Grand and We have been searching and researching SUVs for the last 3 weeks, and visited 5 dealerships (Honda and Toyota). At 2 Honda dealers (Honda on Grand and Valley Honda) we came close to buying, but the price or financing was not right. Anyways, today we went to Honda of Lisle, after getting an internet quote. Met Debbie Pierce there and from there on it was easy. She patiently answered all are queries and had many good suggestions of her own. She introduced us to the sales manager Javier- who is "agressively aggressive"- polar opposite of Debbie; anyways he came up with 2.75% APR on the financing and we reluctantly shook hands on the deal. Then we were introduced to the Finance manager- Shawn Kiannejad and got a very pleasant surprise, indeed! Before we were seated, on his own accord he said that he was able to get us a better deal at 2.44%. Un-believable, but true. I have never come across dealerships with people who are so nice to do business with. If you want a Honda, these 2 are the guys to go to.....Honest. Mighty impressed.... More

Solid Dealership, Streamlined Buying Process Overall, Honda of Lisle was a very solid dealership to deal with. I was a little disappointed with how long it took to get a salesman to help me. To Overall, Honda of Lisle was a very solid dealership to deal with. I was a little disappointed with how long it took to get a salesman to help me. To be fair, though, I did show up right as they were finishing up their monthly New Owner Workshop, so I'm sure part of it was poor timing. Once I was connected with a salesman, the process went very smoothly. They quoted me a very competitive internet price before I arrived, so very little dealing was necessary. I do think they could have done a better job "sweetening" the deal with some low cost accessories or other incentives, but in the end it wasn't worth quibbling over a couple hundred dollars. The best thing they did was streamline the delivery process. I was apply to submit financing paperwork online in advance, so when we arrived to pick the car up, all the paperwork (title and registration included) was already done. No pressure to be up-sold either on the typical coatings, finishes, warranties, etc. The most time spent on delivery was with Zahid in the car, helping us set up all the features and settings. I don't think anybody really loves going to a car dealer, but with Honda of Lisle it was a very good experience. More

That being said I bought the car with very little down payment. Orlando and the finance guy (sorry forgot his name) made the car buying process very simple, I will be considering them in the future for my girlfriend she wants a Civic Si.
