Each experience was low pressure and when we made a decision, the process was quick and easy. We worked with Renee Granier and I highly recommend her. Renee is very responsive, but not pushy. She has a good knowledge of the product line and always answered all my questions. I have worked with both Bob and Brad Mitchell in Finance, and they are both very professional and easy to work with. The Service group has been helpful and professional, and I always feel I have been well informed and treated with respect when I take my vehicles to Honda of Lisle. More

My wife and I never felt pushed into any purchase but on the contrary, we were given our space and time to make a decision. The final price negotiation was over in <5 minutes and with no haggling!!! He was absolutely patient, hard working and was the easiest sales person I have worked with from my history of car buying (4 separate dealerships/4 new cars). They were not pushy, they were inviting and made sure every little question we had was answered. They had the car ready when I made the appointment on Wednesday to test drive. And when we picked it up on a Saturday afternoon, even with as busy as Josh was (he was with 2 other customers) he got us in, signing the paperwork, going over/helping set up the car and out of there in an hour! We live in the city and would totally come back here to purchase another vehicle. I have already recommended them to another family member. Everyone there was so pleasant! Very happy to have made my purchase with them. Some advice, it is MUCH easier/quicker on a weekday. They are VERY busy during Saturday and that should be expected. More
