One of the best car buying experiences I haven't personally bought a new car in almost 13 years, so when it came time to turn in my car I was truly dreading the car buying experience. Every I haven't personally bought a new car in almost 13 years, so when it came time to turn in my car I was truly dreading the car buying experience. Everything that I dreaded did not exist here. Hari G. was our salesperson and I honestly cannot give him enough stars! He took the time to test drive and show us all the features of the CR-V. Once we decided on buying, he was SO helpful in helping us set up the new vehicle. My husband and I are new to all of the new technology in cars such as bluetooth. Not only did Hari take the time that night, but I dropped my car off last night to have some accessories installed and he went over the bluetooth again with me because I was having trouble. In my experience, once the salesperson hands you over to the finance person they are done with the sale and done with you. This isn't the case here. We also met with Frank G. the sales manager and he couldn't have been nicer. Both were down to earth and I never felt pushed into buying a car I didn't want or paying more than I wanted. My only issue was that it took awhile for us to be able to sign our documents. However, I don't blame them for this because we were able to go through in no time. There were 3 car sales ahead of us and I am assuming that there were questions from those car buyers. Hari made sure that we were taken care of during this time and even used part of it to show us the different features. I would highly recommend this dealer to any of my family and friends. More
