MY EXPERIENCE AT OCALA HONDA WAS SUPERLATIVE I was lucky enough to encounter Alex Bowers as soon as I inquired about a new car. Alex was unbelievable knowledgeable, a good listener, polite and he I was lucky enough to encounter Alex Bowers as soon as I inquired about a new car. Alex was unbelievable knowledgeable, a good listener, polite and helpful. He spent a lot of time with me, and immediately suggested a Honda FIT when I told him what I was looking for. I have just moved to FL from New York City, and this would be my first car purchase. I was driving a rented Nissan Rogue, and it was "too much car" for me. He explained all the safety features, which were very important to me, and then we test drove a 2018 FIT XL-E, which I loved. After a couple of days of thinking and researching, I returned to Ocala Honda. Although I had contacted Honda in Leesburg, which had a larger inventory of FITs, I really wanted to give my business to Alex and the staff of Ocala Honda. My aunt and uncle, who live here, and have bought three cars from them, raved about the service. They exceeded my expectations, and we were able to work out a deal that I could afford for my new, and FIRST car! Thank you Alex, and entire staff at Honda of Ocala. They are the BEST! More

Why we bought at Honda of Ocala My husband and I had been looking to trade our vehicle for a few weeks. We had gone to several other dealers in the community; none offered us an acce My husband and I had been looking to trade our vehicle for a few weeks. We had gone to several other dealers in the community; none offered us an acceptable deal. Sunday, June 24th, my husband saw an ad on Facebook for Honda’s. As a spur of the moment event, we decided to see what Honda had to offer. We were met at the door by a sales person named Alex. We talked to Alex about our needs and wants. We test drove a vehicle, which both my husband and I liked. Alex did NOT apply any form of pressure for us to buy or not buy. Offers were made and we eventually spoke with Steve. Again, not pressure was applied while Steve tried to work out the best dealer he could offer; which by the way, superseded any other dealers offers. We decided to make the commitment – signed some forms and were then referred to Ramy, the business manager for paperwork. At NO time during this event was there any effort to pressure sell. We were treated like friends not customers. My husband and I can only say – Thank You. More
