Complete Chaos We scheduled an appointment to look at some vehicles on Easter Sunday. We weren't sure they would be open, as many places were closed. When I called, they said absolutely-lots of cars for you to come out and see. How about 2:45? We scheduled that time-DROVE FROM TAMPA to see the vehicles and planned to drive home with one. We got stuck in traffic and called to let them know we were running a tad late-no problem-see you soon they said! We arrived to an empty lot! We called, again! "Oh, hmmm..they may be closed today?" MAY BE CLOSED! How do all the people answering the phones not KNOW their company is closed? We drove close to two+ hours! Called back again..."Oh, let me call them...maybe they are inside with customers." NO...we are standing here in a deserted lot! "Oh, sorry about that!" Inexcusable! Management emailed me and could have cared less. My new driver was heartbroken. Asked them to at least honor the drive certificate for a gift card. Never heard from them AGAIN! Gives car buying a sour taste. WOULD AVOID them if you are looking for trustworthy people. More
