However, Thomas from Ocala Honda's internet sales office presented himself over the phone well, straight forward, and in a business like manner, none of that slick salesman behavior. I was presented with a texted "out the door" sales price while I was at home right after we talked and the dealership stood by when I showed up for the sale and a presented KBB fair price for my trade in so I was able to close the deal without endless haggling and with no playing with the numbers some dealerships do. The leader of their service team even assisted me in transferring equipment to my new vehicle. A very positive experience. Recommended. More

While we waited we started looking at CRVs and were greeted by Alex Bauer who was equally accommodating and pleasant. We asked a few questions and were so impressed- he knew everything about the car inside and out every feature was explained. Not pushy just informative. He gave us information. And we left.
