Just a word to the community, buyer Be Ware: these people only care about the commissions and Hugh profits, not the consumer. They lied about the carfax, as I later found from the previous owner that the veh only care about the commissions and Hugh profits, not the consumer. They lied about the carfax, as I later found from the previous owner that the vehicle was in a rear ended accident, which they claimed a clear carfax, they also hammered me into a $600.00 payment which I clearly stated that at my age over 70, that I couldn't afford to make, they also rooked me on a trade in, as I was latter told by the previous the same thing happened to her, so dealing with Honda of Ocala, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! they violated the predatory lending law on people over 65. I then had someone else come to me and say they did the same thing to them, so I just wanted to make this known in the community to be cautious, as they don't care about you at all, just the botton money line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Amazing the staff there was truly wonderful best experience I have ever had period thank you I was expecting the worst. I started working with Casey even though he had 4 different things going on he experience I have ever had period thank you I was expecting the worst. I started working with Casey even though he had 4 different things going on he took me and my wife helped what he could then he past us to Chris and it was just as good he was super nice polite and made our experience great also the finance team that said past 1030pm that night till the deal was done thank you also a shout out to the young lady up front that interacted with us while we waited super funny and a pleasure to speak with as well you guys really care about the customers there and me and my wife will be back next year to trade her car for her job da as well thank you again guys for an amazing experience and welcoming us to part of the Honda family More

My old car was breaking down and they helped me leave that day with a new one! All the sales staff were great not only were they attentive to me but to my two kids.Harry my sale rep kept them occupied wh that day with a new one!
