Later Ramey explained all guarantees and maitenence programs. When done Frank took us to our vehicle and set up our phones, radio etc. he was great! When we arrived, he greated us at the door. After introductions, he brought us out to 2 vehicles that met our criteria. Frank gave a full tour of each vehicle, inside and out. Our test drives were great. When it came to financing JJ was very respectful of our situation. I believe we got a fair deal, including on our trade in. Next came Ramy. He explained our warranty options and again we were treated fairly. We like the fact that Frank let the vehicle sell itself. And he helped us get a good deal. We even get free car washes at Honda of Ocala! It was a long day. Honda took care of us with vouchers to eat at their in-house cafe. Very good food. Frank did not let us leave until our phones were set up, contacts downloaded and voice tags set up. He made sure we did not have any unanswered questions about how to use the many options available, and there are many. We love our Honda HR-V LX. Thank you Honda for making such a great vehicle. Doug was courteous and the work on my vehicle was done promptly. HOWEVER...I have been thinking about my experience last year in leasing a 2016 Accord. My salesperson was Kevin Cash. He is engaging and knowledgeable. He is excellent. A year after I drove off the lot, all is well with the car and I'm hoping I'll be treated fairly when I bring it back to---presumably---get a new vehicle. I still haven't forgotten what happened with my trade-in last year. After Honda of Ocala took possession of my trade, I saw online they asked for more than TWICE what they gave me. It was gone from their pre-owned inventory in less than two weeks! The car was in very good condition and, despite being a 2009 model, had low mileage. There are those who would say that ultimately, I'm the one responsible for the amount I receive in a trade. That may be true, but if a customer is miffed about a previous purchase that COULD discourage a return to do business with that dealership. Again, this is in no way an indictment of Kevin---he's an outstanding salesperson---but in the future I'll have to be extremely careful if I trade a vehicle at Honda if Ocala. More
