Dealership Appreciation Had a wonderful experience August 29th with the sales people and manager at this dealership. I was able to up grade my 2013 Civic LX to a 2015 EX and Had a wonderful experience August 29th with the sales people and manager at this dealership. I was able to up grade my 2013 Civic LX to a 2015 EX and got a great deal and they worked with me to keep my lease payments in my ball park. I did not have to spend hours haggling prices. I told them where I wanted to be in lease payments and they did a great job getting me there without a lot of money out of pocket. I stepped into the dealership at 11:15am and was in my new shinny car by 2:15pm with a full tank of gas and got all the instructions on how to operate all the new features. They even threw an accessory I wanted at no charge. Can't beat the great customer service, the compasion and the respect they gave me while I was there. They treat you like family. This is my third experience with this dealer and I will go back! More

Some salespeople from other dealerships tried to pressure me and I walked out. I never felt pressured to buy a car from Mike and he made me a good deal. I was shown the service area and introduced to Scotty Westercalm who runs a great service department. While waiting for your car, you can have a manicure, watch a movie on a high def. big screen and have breakfast or lunch...all for free. My service advisor, Rob Young, makes sure I have the shuttle if I want to go shopping or a movie instead of waiting for the car. People are friendly and the place is immaculate. More

We had been to several used car dealerships in town, all of which were dishonest, overpriced their cars, or bo We were shopping around for a used car. We had been to several used car dealerships in town, all of which were dishonest, overpriced their cars, or both. We came into the used car section and were welcomed by "Boston Mike" Bannon. He did not pressure us, was very kind and very honest, and let us test drive the car and go home and think about it. We returned with a mechanic and since Boston Mike was off that day, Alexander Hamilton III helped us out. He was also very honest, great, and had no problem with our mechanic looking at the car. We went home, came back two days later and met met with Boston Mike again, and bought the 2012 Ford Escape. We got a great deal on it! It came with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty for the engine and transmission. Great dealership! We'll be going to Honda of Ocala for our next car! More

The best salesman I met Johnny Rodriquez Today I met Johnny Rodriquez when I walked into Honda of Ocala. I was there for my car to be serviced and went to the new car showroom while waiting. Today I met Johnny Rodriquez when I walked into Honda of Ocala. I was there for my car to be serviced and went to the new car showroom while waiting. Mr.Rodriquez walked up to me and gave me a welcome and asked how can he help me with toady, and since I got some extra times to spared so I asked for a tour and a quick walk around with this new Honda Accord coupe I thinking of getting soon. Mr. Rodriquez is very patient and kind even though I think I might have asked way too much questions such as "Performance of a car, how reliable they are and how do they handle overall and how would he know that it can live up to my expectation?" And then he was even kind enough to show me his personal ride which is also an Accord coupe V6! We had some good time talking about cars and I find that Johnny doesn't feels like a salesman but a friend rather and you can't fake that. Although today I didn't get to walk away with a new car but I definitely will come back and recommend other people to see him at Honda of Ocala. Because his attitude and passion at his job and toward customers is outstanding and he definitely got my business for my next purchase when the new 2016 Accord models are out! More

Just had my Accord V-6 coupe pin-striped Honda of Ocala is terrific for service and Mike Lehman is their A++++ salesman - always goes the extra mile. Just had my Accord V-6 coupe pin-striped and wowee - Mike did a fabulous job. I am now driving a really "hot" looking car - but as you know - sporty is great but the golf clubs have to fit in the trunk and they do. This is my second car from Mike - and my husband just got his first Accord (long time Toyota owner) and he is pleased. Thanks, Mike. We love doing business with you! More
