Excellent Customer Service Will Come Here Again My Fiance and I drove to Ocala from Jacksonville due to the selection and reasonable prices on Certified used vehicles. We looked at several vehicles and we were there for over 4 hours and Jan was very patient and helpful with us and didn't try to pressure us at all which was nice. The dealerships in Jacksonville are much different and the level of service is most of the times very poor. We will be driving back here to Honda of Ocala the next time we need another car. Jan was beyond professional, showed me all that Honda had to offer. He not only gave me the car that I wanted but (through much deliberation and time ), gave it to me at the price I was willing to pay. The whole process took a couple of weeks, the day I decided to buy, He came in on his day off and stayed with me through the entire process (start to finish). As you know it's a long process.
