She agreed to look at the others but unless something (car other than Toyota) really got her attention she wanted Toyota. The bottom line was our salesman and the overall dealership impact swayed us to buy Honda. Ovi Chisu and his manager could not have been more forthcoming with information we needed making our decision for a Honda. Making many phone calls, rather than trips to Ocala was very helpful. Ovi did give us answers with those phone talks (something all new to us) question about our leasing our new car. Thank You all Laura and Orville More
I initially spoke with Mike Lehman but not ready to purchase a car yet. He was extremely polite so I said I would request him when I was ready, which is what I did. He took care of us quickly and expertly, however, they did not have a red Honda that I really wanted. Instead we purchased the dark amber metallic. About 10 days later, my husband contacted Mike indicating that we were not happy with the color, not expecting anything to be done about it. Mike Keegan Sr. got involved and indicated that they only wanted happy customers so they searched for a red Honda. Within a week, we received a shiny new red Honda with updated features and additions to my specifications. The paperwork was ready for us and we picked it up on Friday, 7/27. That was a particularly busy day at the dealership, but Mike Lehman found the time to give everyone personal attention. I cannot give enough praise to both Mr.Lehman and Mr. Keegan for going out of their way to make us feel like we were very important customers and to ensure that we were happy with our Honda before we left the showroom. My husband and I felt comfortable from the minute we encountered the staff and management at Honda of Ocala and were constantly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of everyone involved. The showroom has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member who walked by acknowledged us and said hello. We will definitely recommend Honda of Ocala to anyone we know. Any car we purchase from now on will be from Honda of Ocala. More

The Honda team was not only courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of their products but also offered us a deal which we could not pass up. I came in to have my seat fixed, as some of the fibers had come out on the drivers seat. The team applied leather to all of the seats. My daughter and I were in and out in a flash with our loaner vehicle. had come out on the drivers seat. The team applied leather to all of the seats. My daughter and I were in and out in a flash with our loaner vehicle. The longest part of the process was reinstalling my space ship sized car seat. The loner vehicle was a gorgeous, spotless, 2012 Accord. The loaner was so great, I didn't want to give it back!!!! I dropped the car off on Thursday. My vehicle was ready Tuesday. When we stopped by to get our vehicle, it was waiting in the bay and gleaming!!!!!! The entire car had been detailed, top to bottom, compartments and everything. The leather was beautiful and looked like straight off the factory line. The car smelled lovely, was immaculate inside and the oil change was done, the tires rotated and with my coupon, I paid nothing for the engine service. Again, the worst part of the trip was finagling the car seat back into place, but both times, we were assisted with the seat. Everyone was friendly. There was no wait whatsoever. And to top it off, it was a great excuse to "have to stop by the mall" as we were just down the street! Overall, I am just thrilled. I couldn't be happier and with the relationship I have built here, I won't be going anywhere else to upgrade to a minivan or pilot in the future. More
This dealer advertised Ladie's Day on Monday, so I decided to take my car in for an oil change. I was so surprised and elated that the service people, manager, and lady who worked at the cafe were friendly and professional & finished my oil change in record time! They didn't try to sell me anything, or tell me my car needed repairs. They honored competitor coupons and were professional! The only thing I thought was a little out of place was an award they won from the Breast Cancer Awareness Group, which was a pink bra, placed in a "trophy" case which was on display at the cash register. Even though it was a recognition from an outside organization, I felt it was somewhat crude. More
