He made this accusation out of pure ignorance. Didn't even pull my credit. It upset myself and NY husband so bad. I will never do business at this place and shame on John and MIke for treating me that way. I'm assuming because I'm a black woman I can't afford a 64 thousand dollar tahoe. We were trying to purchase the vehicle and pay half of it off but was never given that chance. I am disgusted with how I was treated and do not recommend anyone to do business with these people. The most unprofessional Manager in the industry. I wanted to payout my lease. Honda Financial gave me the purchase price of $31,340. It was $6,000 MORE than what was due. They attempted to scam me. I picked the papers up and said I needed to review and would return, the salesman lunged towards me and ripped them out of my hand. Some papers fell, I attempted to pick them up and he shoved me and grabbed them. Lucky for me I had the pricing sheet showing what they tried to steal from me. I had to get the police involved because this Manager Zach thought this treatment to a woman was acceptable. They are by far the worst dealership and have the worst management. More
