Shame on you. Received an order online and put in a credit app. Drove hours to dealership. Not only did not honor offer, increased MSRP by $10k for "additional dealer profit". This doubled the lease credit app. Drove hours to dealership. Not only did not honor offer, increased MSRP by $10k for "additional dealer profit". This doubled the lease payments. Then tried to bait and switch to a less expensive vehicle which was still around 80% monthly pyment greater than initial offer. Deceptive advertising, bait and switch. You confirm the worst sterotype to car dealers. Wasted a while day for this. SHAME ON YOU! More

We were contacted about our 2019 Honda CR-V that we purchased new from Honda of Ocala. They said they were interested in purchasing the vehicle from us, and moving us up to a new vehicle. Oh course, purchased new from Honda of Ocala. They said they were interested in purchasing the vehicle from us, and moving us up to a new vehicle. Oh course, I was very leery about this. But I took a chance. I AM SOOO GLAD I DID!. Came home with a 2022 CR-V, same trim level...for the same monthly payment term and same payment. Does that make sense to me as a consumer....hmmmmm. But it's true. Dealing with the Acquisition Manager Bryan, was straight forward, calm, and easy. Loved working with this guy. Then working with Boston Fitzpatrick in Sales was super pleasant. Working with Troy in finance, is always a pleasant experience. I am SUPER HAPPY! More
