I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone from the receptionist to the finance department. What stops this from being a five star review is the following: they were supposed to hold my deposit f the receptionist to the finance department. What stops this from being a five star review is the following: they were supposed to hold my deposit for 30 days, however, they immediately tried to collect it twice. They did refund me for the NSF fees I received. The biggest problem was getting them too them take the monies when it was due. I made several attempts to give them the money and was continually told that they were paid. Finally, after much persistence on my part I was able to get the finance department to investigate it further and realize that they had not been paid. I am currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer and this was a very trying and tiring time for me. This was a huge mistake on Honda of Osaka's part as it could have been a huge loss of monies for them had I not persisted. More
