Steve is unprofessional and did not keep his word. We traveled almost 3 hours, ready to make a purchase. However, once we arrived, Steve revealed his duplicitous nature. And the manager, Zach, was condescending and arrogant. He made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation or ensure that we left feeling as though we had not just been disrespected and devalued. Tomorrow we are driving to Atlanta to purchase a similar car for less money. The drive is longer, but it's worth it for superior customer service and a staff that is not inept. More

Buyer beware. I spoke with a salesman there for a few days before traveling 2.5 hours each way to test drive and purchase a vehicle. I expressed that I intended to finance the vehicle through my bank in days before traveling 2.5 hours each way to test drive and purchase a vehicle. I expressed that I intended to finance the vehicle through my bank in which I was already pre-approved, and was never informed that this would be an issue. After getting the run around with the vehicle I was interested in (“it’s available, it’s unavailable, I’m checking the rates for someone else”...)I was ultimately told by the salesman and his condescending, unprofessional manager that the dealership does not accept offers from outside banks and that I must finance through the dealership directly. This claim was dispelled by another salesman who clarified the policy. The unprofessionalism, deceit, and lack of transparency we experienced with this dealership would deter me from ever doing business here!!! More
