WARRANTY SERVICE I bought my wife a new 2016 Honda CRV Touring in 2016. The car has stranded her/us twice, both times for battery problems. We went to Honda of Ocala I bought my wife a new 2016 Honda CRV Touring in 2016. The car has stranded her/us twice, both times for battery problems. We went to Honda of Ocala both times to get the problem resolved and left dissatisfied both times. The car has 21000 miles on it, to get stranded twice and get treated the way Honda of Ocala treated us is not acceptable. NO MORE HONDA VEHICLES FOR US! More

Casey was an amazing salesman, he understood from the very beginning that I had pretty bad anxiety over the entire new car purchase situation and he truly made every step of the process as easy and stres very beginning that I had pretty bad anxiety over the entire new car purchase situation and he truly made every step of the process as easy and stress free as possible. He moved quickly through the necessary paperwork and had us through the finance portion of the process under 2 hours. He made my appointment for the additional items I added on to the vehicle and secured me a loaner vehicle while those items were being installed.
