So you can argue the price with him. The only painful area is seeing the finance person who tries to sell you every insurance product they have. I had no intention of purchasing any insurance product at this time only because I purchased one on my 2017 CR-V that I also traded in. It was for seven years. I just want it rolled over to my new purchase, which they did. With everything considered it was a positive experience. Also Alex was able to obtain the CR-V I wanted from another dealer in Tampa. More

So after 3 years we spoke to Rob Young, our service technician, about extending the warranty. Rob brought us to see Ovi Chisu, a financial manager. Ovi gave us the information we requested, but suggested that we speak to Steve Domino in sales to see if we could do better by getting a new vehicle. Everyone that worked with us was respectful of our finances. Steve showed us a 2020 HRV. We loved it. Rick Carpenter, the general sales manager, made us an offer we could not refuse.
