After our test drive and discussions we left to test other vehicles. Well, we came back to Honda of Ocala mainly because we enjoyed the dealership atmosphere and decided that the CR-V was the vehicle that we wanted. It is the first time purchasing a vehicle that we didn't have to prepare for battle and games - thank you!! We got through the process in a relatively short time and on our way; but before we left Alex reviewed the car again, set up some of the features for us, and asked if we had any questions before we left and also reminded us that he was available for help at any time. Wonderful I came down from South Carolina and saw a buyback advertisement on facebook and I was given Ryan as my sales rep. I told him my situation and he was willing to do what he could to help especially since I have always been denied due to all the negative equity I had on my nissan pathfinder. Well I was able to get a deal even though my payment did increase however, I got into a top of the line odyssey and was able to escape my previous money pit of a vehicle which was 17k in the hole. Ryan was so helpful and even picked out a car that was the right color I wanted even though we never even discussed colors. Great minds think alike!!! He was extremely helpful in giving me the info I needed especially when it came to pointing out how I would be able to get out of my current vehicle and how honda will not lose value like the nissan did. I am so happy that Ovi was able to do what he could to get me into my vehicle when it came to financing. The guys there were so helpful in getting me out of the nissan. Great place and I am so happy to be driving home in my dream car. More

Lost in translation. I have had my CRV serviced many times at this dealership, however this time was a big mess. I started out with the email about having my vehicle servi I have had my CRV serviced many times at this dealership, however this time was a big mess. I started out with the email about having my vehicle serviced and all I had to do was click on the link. A chat window opened and I arranged a date and time for the service. I was told the service department would contact to verify. Never received a call so I called service and was told they couldn’t find anything but they would be happy to schedule me. Drove to get the service and was greeted in the service lane. I was told all the advisors were busy but I was to take a seat in the lobby and when someone was free they would get me ready. I sat for an hour with no contact when someone called me and told me my vehicle had been parked on the side but not serviced. I was asked why didn’t I have an advisor when I explained what I was told they did get my service done and discounted the cost of service. I will never attempt to schedule an appointment online again. Seems like I fell through all the cracks! More
