I strongly advise against using the Honda Service Center of Staten Island. My recent experiences there left me feeling taken advantage of. I arrived on time was taken care of on time, left my car for the oil change went to the cafe for a coffee and pastry, and came back my car was serviced and I was done. It was easy to drop off my car and get an update on progress. I am not pleased that they had to remove my after-market alarm to diagnose the problem, charging me over $500 for the removal, noting it w progress.
