I had 2 appointments this past week..an inspection on Tues and oil change on Fri. Tues Thomas C. a terrific rep of Honda. He handled everything professionally and cheerfully, and I was out out Service d Tues and oil change on Fri. Tues Thomas C. a terrific rep of Honda. I cannot praise Simone enough. She went out of her way to show me things about my HRV that I didnt know and even demonstrated how they worked. I love my car even more now.
