I overall rated the dealership as OK, but my personal dealer, Craig is excellent. He is honest and understandably has no choice but to play the stupid, annoying game management makes them play with custo dealer, Craig is excellent. I appreciated his honesty and reluctance to play the game, but yeah, he has to disappear for a while and come back with an annoying price, and then go back and come back with worse prices to make the first annoying price see appealing. But i still walked away with a good 2013 Honda Civic lease. Compared to my Sansone, NJ Toyota lease 3 years ago, this Honda dealership was the lesser of the 2 evils. More
