She was welcoming and friendly, patient with my inquiries, forthcoming in her responses and allowed me to make my decisions without any pressure tactics. Any beliefs regarding the vehicular-ignorance of women, you must set aside. Mike Valera, a director, gave us an expert rundown of the car we were interested in, while Hee Chung took us for a test drive and negotiated all initial logistics once we decided to buy. We felt encouraged, but never pressured. And, just as an aside, we had a 7 year old and a 10 year old with us, who managed to keep themselves entertained with massage chairs, popcorn machine, dance music, etc!! A bit of a party — certainly more so than the average dealership! Combined with the great deal and service we got, we will be back for our next car!! More
