I met with Lidia and from then on, it was smooth sailing. Lidia is incredibly professional, but at the same time, super friendly, funny and very personable. She answered any and all questions that I had. She really went that extra mile to make sure I saw everything I wanted to see, tried out everything I wanted to try, and she never, ever made me feel pressured. She was understanding, helped me the best she could, and in the end, I got the car I wanted since the beginning for an incredibly amazing deal. I felt so comfortable with her and still do; we talked and told stories and she was just so great to work with. Very respectful, very patient; just very wonderful. I would recommend Lidia to anyone and I know once I'm ready to upgrade my car to one bigger and more family-sized, I know just where to go! More
