Horrendous I had previously leased a brand new 2019 Honda Accord back in February. Now in July it has been nothing but issues. I have had the same problem for th I had previously leased a brand new 2019 Honda Accord back in February. Now in July it has been nothing but issues. I have had the same problem for the entire month of my radio taking several minutes to turn on when the vehicle is turned on. I have ALREADY sent the car in TWO times for it to be fixed and after both times I was told the problem was resolved and that was not the case either time. I still have the problem nearly everyday of my radio not turning on. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. The service team who’s job is to fix issues like this and ensure me that any other problems I may have in the future will be taken care of has completely let me down. I will now have to send my car in for a THIRD time to attempt to fix this issue. I have been left without a car for a total of 4 days already because of this and not only that but I have had to use my own personal time to take 4 unpaid days off from work. Now I will have to be without my vehicle for more time and I will have to take more unpaid time off from work. This is my first time owning a Honda and dealing with Honda of Tenafly and this most certainly will be the last time I will ever do business with them. They have completely lost every bit of trust and loyalty I had put in the dealership. If I was able to return the car tomorrow and get out of this lease I would do it without a second thought. More
