I had a 7:30am appointment for service: Oil and Filter Change, Rear Subframe Recall service, two new tires, and intermittent USB connector on the center console. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 am. Finally around 4:00pm I was notified the car was ready for pickup. I don't understand why it took 9 hours to service my car. I was told the recall takes only about 2 hours. Adding tire replacement/alignment, oil change and USB diagnosis shouldn't take this long. I never got a call for any type of delay. There has been times in the past when I came only for scheduled oil change, yet it took three hours to complete. Also the two new tires that where installed were dirty. There was quite a bit white dusty film on the sidewalls. I had to go to a carwash to to make them look new. I would go to a to different service center if there was another one close. More
