Every one is calm and friendly. I felt like I was heard and I got a great car for me. I drove the car home the same day, like an hour after signing the papers! Great service, staff are efficient and good customer service. Amrin was very accomodating, even if it’s her day off, she showed up to ensure the transaction is done. The service team was great as usual, but the tires on by Nov 2020 Civic needed replacing after less than 30,000 miles. I drive 200 miles a week on nice Nassau County, NY roads. So corporate Honda uses cheap Nov 2020 Civic needed replacing after less than 30,000 miles. I drive 200 miles a week on nice Nassau County, NY roads. So corporate Honda uses cheaper tires on new cars so they can make extra money on replacement tires that prematurely wear out compared to regular tires, which normally wear out between 50,000-60,000. Factor that it when buying a new Honda, because I know I will. More
